Log into Zoho Campaigns account

Click Subscribers icon

Choose Manage Lists from the Subscribers section

Here you can view all the soft and hard bounced Subscribers

To remove the bounced subscribers, click the Subscribers icon again

Tick the box next to the name of each Bounced subscriber

Click the Unsubscribe icon to remove the soft bounced subscribers

In the popup window, choose Go Ahead
